My name is Cameron de Klerk, and I am in Selborne Grade 12. I started at St Andrew’s in 2004 at the Petra’s Preschool at St Andrew’s when I was 2 years old. I will always remember the time when I was in Grade 10 at the St Andrew’s Netball Festival. It was such an amazing feeling to be playing the sport I love while hearing my school cheering loudly, supporting me and my team! St Andrews has taught me that working hard pays off, and that no matter how many times you get pushed down, you will always have the strength to bring yourself back up. The words of advice I have for the younger St Andrew’s girls would be to set your goals high, and to learn from your mistakes. Keep moving forward and have faith in yourself. When I matriculate, I plan on studying Microbiology and to pursue my netball dreams.
