Said Kirsten Mobsby, Head of Service at Camps Bay High School, “We are incredibly proud of Dominic who is a member of the 2nd Hout Bay Sea Scouts and has shown great commitment and dedication to achieve the highest award achievable in South Africa.”
Added Mobsby, “Dominic lives by the credo, ‘Service before Self’ and enthusiastically involves himself in a range of service projects. He has also just been appointed as the President of Camps Bay High School’s Interact Society.”
