Olga, du Toit, Melincke Maartens and Lizaan Etsebeth
SANBS have had a Schools that Rock blood drive this past week, 3 – 5 August for Witteberg High School in Bethlehem and we aimed for 10 units and collected 14 units of blood through this initiative.
Olga, du Toit, Melincke Maartens and Lizaan Etsebeth are teachers from Witteberg High School and challenge teachers from Bethlehem schools to also roll up their sleeves. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic the SANBS invite scholars and teachers to donate their unit of blood at an alternative venue if the SANBS cannot visit their school due to the school’s safety regulations.
SANBS Bethlehem is open at the Riverwalk Center Monday to Friday from 08h00 – 17h00 and Tuesday and Thursdays from 08h00 – 18h00, Saturday from 08h30 – 12h30. Or contact Rochelle van der Merwe at SANBS Bethlehem to make an appointment for a blood drive at your business or school at 051 400 6871.
