Schools SA20 Cricket. The Bishops’ 1st XI has advanced to Schools SA20 cricket ‘Finals Day’ in style. In the semi-final, the team overcame SACS with a 21-run victory, before edging out Wynberg by eight runs in a tense, low-scoring final to be crowned 2025 Schools SA20 Phase One Champions.
With this triumph, Bishops progresses to Phase Two of the tournament, set to take place in Stellenbosch from 23–25 January 2026. There, the side will face the winners and finalists from Boland and SWD, competing for the honour of representing the region at the Schools SA20 Nationals (Phase Three) in March 2026.
