Saints Water Polo Invitational. SACS Cape Town Water Polo 1st Team Shines at Saints Invitational.
SACS is thrilled to celebrate the outstanding achievements of its Water Polo 1st Team. They delivered a stellar performance at the prestigious Saints Water Polo Invitational Tournament. The team secured an impressive second-place finish among a highly competitive field of schools from across the country.
The tournament, hosted by St Stithians College in Johannesburg, brought together top-tier teams for a weekend of high-intensity matches. The boys showcased the very best of school-level water polo. They demonstrated exceptional teamwork, resilience, and skill throughout the event, earning praise from spectators and coaches alike.
🌟 Individual Honours – A special congratulations goes to SACS (Grade 11), whose dynamic play and relentless drive earned him the title of Attacker of the Tournament. Ben’s ability to read the game and execute decisive plays was instrumental in SACS team’s success.
SACS also proudly acknowledge both Ben Bigara and Aiden Turrell (Grade 11) for their selection to the Tournament Team, a distinction reserved for players who consistently perform at an elite level. Their inclusion is a testament to their dedication, athleticism, and leadership in the pool.
