SA Rowing Champs 2026. St Dunstan’s College celebrates double national rowing glory at the 2026 SA Rowing Championships.
St Dunstan’s College, Benoni, proudly announces that two of its doubles crews have been crowned South African Champions at the prestigious national event held at Roodeplaat Dam, Pretoria. The championships took place on 6–8 March 2026. The SA Schools Champs is the premier national rowing event for school-level athletes, often producing future members of the national team.
- JM 14X2 (Blake & Luka): Not only did they win their race, but they shattered a long-standing record set in 2007 — a remarkable achievement that places them firmly in South African rowing history.
- JM 16X2 (Travis & Emihle): Their victory in the U16 doubles category highlights the depth of talent and determination within the St Dunstan’s rowing programme.
These outstanding performances reflect the dedication, teamwork, and spirit of excellence that define St Dunstan’s College. The school community celebrates this historic achievement with immense pride.
