SA Level 3 Swimming Championships. Glenwood House School, George proudly celebrates the outstanding achievements of Keyla Douglas at the SA Level 3 Swimming Championships, held in East London from 9–12 April.
Between semi-finals and finals, Keyla delivered an exceptional performance, achieving 15 personal bests, securing five Gold medals, two Bronze medals, and earning three SANJ qualifying times.
Medal Highlights:
- 100m Freestyle – Gold (SANJ qualifying time)
- 100m Butterfly – Gold (SANJ qualifying time)
- 200m Freestyle – Gold
- 200m Individual Medley – Gold
- 50m Butterfly – Gold
- 400m Freestyle – Bronze (SANJ qualifying time)
- 50m Freestyle – Bronze
