Bradley Leppan is Living the Dream, Believing in Himself, and Achieving Greatness! At Hillcrest High School, Durban, 2025 is all about our empowering theme: “Dream. Believe. Achieve!” And no one embodies this spirit more than our very own aquatic ace, Bradley Leppan.
With unwavering dedication and a relentless drive to push his limits, Bradley has spent the past three years honing his craft in the pool. His hard work paid off in spectacular fashion earlier this year when he qualified to compete in the SA Junior Swimming Nationals in Cape Town—representing the Under-14 age group with pride and passion.
🏊♂️ Bradley didn’t just show up—he showed off! He smashed his personal bests in every single event, clocking improvements of up to an incredible 13.22 seconds. Competing in the 100m, 200m, 400m, 800m, and 1500m Freestyle, as well as the 100m Mixed Relay, Bradley secured two top-10 finishes and left the competition in his wake.
SA Short Course Championships
But he’s not stopping there. With his sights now set on qualifying for the SA Short Course Championships later this year, Bradley continues to train with laser focus and fierce determination.
And just when you thought he might take a break—think again! Over the holidays, Bradley tackled yet another Tinman Super Sprint in Durban, conquering a 400m sea swim, 12km cycle, and 2.5km run—and clinched first place once again! 🥇
