schoolsthatrockRing Ceremony. During Tuesday’s assembly, the Grade 12 Ring Ceremony was held. Each matriculant received a silver engraved ring and a letter from their parents. It is handed to them by Creston College’ Executive Head, Mr. Noel Coetzee and Head of High School, Mr. Siyabonga Dzingwa.
The symbolism of the ring is the never-ending foundation that has been laid at Creston College and the commitment made by the Matrics to their school. The Matrics are to foster a love for life and to pursue ongoing learning. They also pursue an commitment to whatever they set out to do. Thank you to Miss Thabisa Bilose for her efforts surrounding the event and to Haskins Jewellers for manufacturing the rings.
