‘Pirate play’ – St Charles College Grade 4s created Pirate Play

‘Pirate play’. St Charles College Grade 4s worked hard creating a fun and energetic ‘pirate play’ and on Monday last week they proudly welcomed the boys from Scrummies to join them as an audience.

The Grade 6s have also been hard at work preparing a play based on the book “Go tell it to the Toucan” by Colin West: It’s Jumbo’s Birthday, and he’s dying to gather his friends and have a jamboree. The Grade 6 performers have had to keep their young audience in mind whilst adopting the book. They have worked hard to bring the colourful characters to life. They had the pleasure of presenting the play to an audience of Junior Primary boys last Tuesday. – Ms Vibeke Olsen.
