St Charles College has enjoyed an outstanding run across our Spring sports codes, with Team of the Week nominations also pouring in for a variety of disciplines. Highlights include:
- Unbeaten U15A tennis team, showcasing consistency and skill throughout the season
- A hard-fought and impressive U16A football victory over Westvill
- A thrilling win by their 1st XI cricket team, who triumphed over Westville in a decisive pool match during the One Insurance Eston T20 Tournament
🌟 Provincial Representation
St Charles College is proud to announce that Mitchell Hansen (Grade 10) has been selected for the KwaZulu-Natal U18 Golf Team, joining fellow Grade 10 student Ethan Apollos, who was also recently chosen for the KwaZulu-Natal U16 Football Team. Their achievements also reflect the growing strength of our sports program and the dedication of our athletes.
🌊 Olympic-Level Insight
St Charles College was honoured to host Olympic Water Polo Referee Dion Willis for a Referee & New Rules Course. Coaches and players from across the province benefited from the expertise of one of the world’s leading officials. Dion has officiated at multiple Olympic Games. It includes the Tokyo 2020 women’s semi-final—and continues to serve in influential international leadership roles.
