Pearson High School’s 1st netball team has once again demonstrated outstanding prowess and resilience on the court. The girls also earned their place among South Africa’s top school teams.

The girls followed their impressive victories as Metro Champions and Eastern Cape runners-up. Apart from this, the team also qualified for the highly competitive Netball South Africa Championships 2025. Despite facing a demanding pool of powerhouse opponents, Pearson’s unwavering dedication and strategic play led them to triumph over some of the country’s highest-ranked teams.

Adding to the celebration, the school proudly acknowledges Megan Owen and Taytem Hargreaves for also reaching an exceptional milestone. They earned 50 caps for their commitment and excellence in the sport.

Na hul oorwinnings as Metro Kampioene en Oos-Kaapse naaswenners het die span gekwalifiseer vir die uitdagende Netbal Suid-Afrika Kampioenskappe 2025. Ten spyte van ‘n veeleisende poel van sterk teenstanders, het Pearson se toewyding en strategie hulle gelei tot oorwinnings teen van die land se hoogste aangeskrewe spanne.
