Netball District Championship – Creston College’s Under 14, 16, and 17 netball teams competed in the Netball District Championship held at Suid-Natal High School. All three teams performed exceptionally well. The Under 14 and 16 teams both finishing in 2nd place and qualifying for the next round. The Under 17 team secured 1st place and also advanced to the next stage of the competition.
The 1st Girls’ Hockey team faced Suid-Natal High School. Despite a valiant effort from Creston, Northlands emerged victorious with a narrow 1–0 win.
The 1st Boys’ Hockey team and the 1st and 2nd Netball teams participating in a festival hosted by St. Patrick’s College. The Boys’ Hockey team faced St. Patrick’s College, the Kokstad Men’s Team, and Suid-Natal. They lost to Kokstad, drew against Suid-Natal, and the result against St. Patrick’s was not recorded.
In Netball, the Under 16 girls were defeated by St. Patrick’s and Shayamoya while the 1st Netball team drew 0–0 with Thembalethu. They faced tough competition and were defeated against Suid-Natal and Shayamoya.
