schoolsthatrockMaragon Ruimsig recently hosted the D12 chess tournament. There were 146 learners who took part in the chess trials with the winners going through to the Gauteng championships. The top 7 players per age group qualify to go through to the Gauteng individual chess championships.
Maragon is proud of the following children who qualified to go through to the Gauteng individual championships: u/13 – Jason de Kock, u/11 – Konrad Caroto and Anaamika Maharaj.
