Khaya Majola Cricket – St John’s College

Khaya Majola Cricket. The Nash brothers Luke Francis (UV) and Cole Francis (LV) from St John’s College, represented the Gauteng Lions U19 Cricket Team at the Khaya Majola Cricket Week. The tournament ended yesterday, 20 December.

Luke stole the spotlight as the Man of the Match with an impressive 73 runs against Kwazulu Natal Inland. Furthermore Cole bowled a stellar spell, claiming 2 crucial wickets for just 10 runs in the final against Kwazulu Natal Coastal. The Lions clinched the week with a resounding 77-run victory.

Their outstanding performances not only helped seal the win but Luke was also named in the SA Colts team at the final presentation. Fantastic, gentlemen!
