The past weekend saw Kearsney Tennis Festival, KwaZulu-Natal, host the 31st annual Kearsney Tennis Tournament — a showcase of exceptional skill, determination, and schoolboy sportsmanship. The event delivered three days of high-quality tennis, with Paul Roos Gimnasium (Stellenbosch) ultimately clinching the title after a thrilling final against Afrikaanse Hoër Seunskool (Affies).

Founded in 1996 by Ant Willows, then Master-in-Charge of Tennis at Kearsney, the tournament has grown into one of South Africa’s premier schoolboy tennis events. It continues to highlight the depth of talent and competitive spirit among the country’s leading tennis schools.
