schoolsthatrockCamps Bay High School Grade 11 learner, Rafe Tayler earned himself a spot on the winner’s podium at the Western Cape Regional Karting Championships. The championships was held at Killarney last Saturday. Rafe competed in the DD2 Class, which is the Top/Fastest Class and placed 3rd overall.
Said Busi Ngcwama, Head of Sport at Camps Bay High School, “This is only Rafe’s fifth race in his rookie racing season. It really is an incredible achievement. -Rafe only started karting last year during lockdown. Most of the others in his class have been involved in karting for years.”
