Inter High Tennis. St Stithians Boys’ College Inter-high Tennis Victory.’
On Saturday, 7 March, the Boys’ College Tennis First Team proudly represented St Stithians College at the prestigious Inter-High Tennis Championships, hosted at Linden High School and De La Salle High School.
The team—Connor Miller, Sekani Vara (Captain), Robert Smuts, and Luca Muller—delivered a series of commanding performances in the group stages, defeating Marist Brothers, Saheti, Noordheuwel, Bryanston High, and Krugersdorp High School to secure a place in the semi-finals.
In the semi-final clash, Saints overcame KES with determination and skill, setting up a thrilling final against Helpmekaar. With the championship on the line and the score tied 1–1, Connor and Sekani rose to the occasion. In a nail-biting tiebreaker, they displayed composure and brilliance, storming to a 7–1 victory that sealed the championship title.
