History Inter-Schools Quiz. Kearsney entered four teams into the annual History Inter-Schools Quiz, hosted by Clifton High School.
In a closely contested competition, the Kearsney boys were pitted against many schools in the Greater Durban and Highway area. The Grade 10 team, consisting of Adam Georgiadis, Senior Phiri and Misa Buthelezi, achieved 4th place. The other Grade 10 team, consisting of Christopher Oellermann, Arav Govender and Thomas du Plessis, achieved 3rd place overall. Kearsney’s Grade 11 team of Liam Botha, Thomas Blomfield and Connor McKeown finished 2nd overall, a mere one point behind the eventual winners of the quiz, St Henry’s.
