This morning, Grenville High School from Rustenburg were fortunate enough to have an assembly that will forever stand out amongst others due to the presence of three very special guests.
They are inspired by the initiative and compassion demonstrated by Talitha du Preez. The youngster started a project to raise money for rare diseases and due to her initiative, this project has grown immensely. We are humbled by the opportunity to be part of your project, Talitha.
“When we agreed to take part in this project, we never thought we’d be rewarded with a visit from the incredibly brave Karlien du Preez. Karlien: you are a true warrior. Your courage and determination inspires us!”
They were also joined by Grenville-alum, Ms Naledi Ramaboea, who in her journey as Ms Africa Elite 2019, has provided support for this project as well.
Thanks to the three of you, we left assembly feeling inspired, humbled and newly grateful for the opportunities we have to make a difference. Thank you to every Grenville learner who contributed to this project and made a difference!
