The school’s weight training gym is used primarily by the school’s academies.
Wayne Usher is the owner of Peppers and Pans Catering. In 1983 Wayne Usher obtained his National Diploma in Commercial Catering and Management and went on to gain experience working for one of South Africa’s leading catering companies where he was stationed for 18 years. He managed industrial contracts as well as Hospitals, Game Reserves, Schools and Colleges
In 1998 Wayne founded Peppers & Pans Catering. His vision was to establish a catering company that abided by its promises and paid significant attention to details, including everything from the smallest toothpick to the chocolate fountain centerpiece.
