schoolsthatrockGlenwood High School, Durban, Old boys Darren Stone (2005), Eugene Swanepoel (2007), AJ Sabbatini (2007) and Dylan Bridger (2014) took part in the General Tire SA Champs Lifesaving Competition which took place from 4 – 7 April at Kong’s Beach Port Elizabeth, as well as Jon Brett Bridger (current Glenwood boy).
Darren Stone (a Glenwood staff member) participated in the Surf Boat Shootout, 7 races over 3 days.
Eugene Swanepoel led his club to golf in a sprint finish in the Men’s Open Taplin Relay.
Marine Lifesaving Club is the 2018 General Tire Lifesaving South Africa Overall Surf and Pool National champions,
Jon Brett Bridger. Current student took part. His older brother Dylan Bridger an old boy took part.
