Glenwood hosted its annual wine auction on 13 October 2017. In a spectacular show of generosity the guests bid on the 27 Lots that were made available by the Staff from Worcester Primary. All proceeds raised at the auction will be used towards the Vision 2022 projects.
The Wine Auction was a fun evening which not only incorporated top class wines from the Breedekloof Wine Valley, a scrumptious meal was served by Peppers and Pans Catering and The Blarney Brothers got everyone dancing to the beat of foot stomping Irish tunes.
We would like to thank our master of ceremony Mr Gareth Jones (Head Prefect, 1999) who made the guests feel welcome and relaxed. Thank you to our two auctioneers, Mr Erik Aissing (Head Prefect, 1999) and Mr Terence Chapman (Old Boy, 1999) who encouraged the guests to open their wallets. Thank you to everyone who shared this event with the Glenwood family.
