We are delighted to announce that Glenwood school has graciously offered to run a handbag drive for the Jes Foord Foundation.

We are planning on handing over all handbags and items to the foundation on Monday, 15 July during assembly. Please deliver all handbags or items to the Glenwood Front Office.

The Handbag Project is one of the biggest and ongoing initiatives whereby the Jes Foord Foundation collect and pack new and used handbags, filled with care items and toiletries to assist in the recovery and healing process of rape survivors.

Find attached all you need to know about this project, what goes into the rape comfort bags and who these bags get delivered to. The Jes Foord Foundation are appealing to all Glenwood parents, prospective parents and Old Boys to get involved in this project with used handbags or any small care items – every donation makes a difference.
