U15 report by Mr Chris van Leeuwen:
After a long season the boys geared up for the 7s season. A good week of training but a lot of restructuring still to be done as the boys need to get use to the way that the game of 7s is played in saying that the boys played really well considering a lot of them had never played the game before. A fun experience as for the boys the goal was to play as well as possible and grow each game which they achieved with flying colours.
Our Group was a tough one as can be expected in 7s.
Glenwood 38 – 0 Ixopo
Glenwood 21 – 24 Northwood
Glenwood 67 – 7 Vryheid
Glenwood 54 – 5 Bergvlam
Glenwood progressed to the semi-finals of the cup tournament where we met Westville and Northwood respectively.
Glenwood 38 – 0 Westville
