Petrus Swart, grade 3 learner from Grey College Primary, was awarded the Victor Ladorum for the under 9 boys at the Free State Swimming Championships. The championships was held in Bloemfontein from 7 to 10 December. Jacques Coetzer from Grey College Primary also competed at the Championships with good results.
Petrus had also won the Victor Ladorum for best boy under 8 at the Free State Swimmimg championships in 2022.

- 200m mixed medley relay with a new record
