schoolsthatrockEast Coast Parkrun. Simoné van Heerden, Grade 11 learner from Creston College, participated in her 11th Parkrun over the holidays, despite her busy hockey schedule!
At the East Coast Brewery Parkrun, she placed 9th out of 241 participants. Simoné also came in as the 2nd female and 1st in her age category. Although her time of 00:25:50 was slightly off her personal best of 00:24:38, her dedication to fitness and representing Creston is commendable.
Well done to Simoné, for waving the Creston flag high and showcasing her athleticism!
