Parel Vallei High School is proud to celebrate the outstanding performance of Stephan Malan, who represented the South African U16A hockey team at the prestigious Allistar Fredericks Africa Challenge held in Johannesburg.
Facing off against Zimbabwe’s U18A side, Stephan delivered a series of commanding performances that left spectators and selectors alike in awe. His skill, composure, and relentless drive earned him the coveted Man of the Match title in the final test match of the series.
But Stephan didn’t stop there. With a tournament tally of four goals, he emerged as the top goal scorer among all participants—a remarkable feat that speaks volumes about his talent and dedication to the sport.
This achievement not only reflects Stephan’s individual excellence but also underscores the strength of Parel Vallei’s hockey program. We are incredibly proud of Stephan and look forward to watching his journey continue to inspire young athletes across South Africa.
