Insect Orals – Stulting Primary School, Humansdorp amazing Grade 3’s did their insect orals the 3^rd of May. Wow is an understatement. They were brilliant and beyond. They learnt so many new facts about Insects.

Die graad 3-klasse is glad nie bang vir ‘n kamera nie. Hulle vertel graag meer oor insekte. Dit mag dalk ‘n “grillerige” tema wees, maar die graad 3’s weet hoe om almal se aandag vas te vang met hul feitelike punte.

Hulle het meer geleer van piepklein miere tot Wêreldbyedag op 20 Mei. Hoewel hulle geen positiewe punte kry vir die bruin sprinkaan nie, is almal alte dankbaar dat hulle nie van sitrus hou nie.

A Few Fun Facts about Insects:

Adult lacewings have ears at the base of their wings. They can hear bats’ echolocation signals and then close their wings to appear smaller and avoid being eaten.
