Kago Masote (LV Nash) represented the Central Gauteng Lions U17 cricket team, which won the U17 Geo-Regional Week held in Benoni from 7 December to 10 December. Provincial teams from across South Africa participated, with the Central Gauteng Lions U17s beating the Dolphin U17s in the final.
Kago contributed throughout with bat and ball, including a bowling performance of 4/16 against the Mpumalanga U17 and a quick-fire 33, opening the batting against the Dolphins’ side in the final. Well played, Kago!
