JSE Investment Challenge. Paul Roos Gymnasium’s Economics Department fared well in the annual JSE Investment Challenge.

The Investment Challenge prize giving took place on Friday evening, 6 October, in Sandton, Johannesburg. The Economics Department of PRG entered 64 learners for the competition of which eight learners (two teams) were invited to attend the prize giving function. They walked away with a second and third place in the Speculators Portfolio. They competed against a total of almost 28 000 other learners who have entered for the competition nationwide. The Money Making Investors (MMI) ended in third place, whilst the Turtle Traders ended in the overall second place.
