CURRO Aqua Elite Gala. St Mary’s DSG Kloof swimmers took part in the CURRO Aqua Elite Gala on 1 and 2 October. It was extremely cold on Sunday, however Monday turned out to be a great day for racing and they did extremely well by achieving top three spots in most races.

Well done to Shannon Hugo (Senior Primary) and Cara Knoblauch (High School) for coming third in the overall female points categories. Many congratulations to Jessica Carmody. She walked away with trophies for Best Female Performance and Senior Female Victrix Ludorium for her excellent results over the two days.

Trophies were handed over by swimmer, Brett Hawke, who represented Australia at the 2000 and 2004 Summer Olympics.
