Sy het vanaf 6 tot 8 Julie aan die Wêreld Country & Western kompetisie in België deelgeneem.
Nigella het die volgende toekennings behaal:
- Teen Open line dance – 1st plek met ‘n Gold Honors+ gradering
- Teen Classic Line dance – 1st plek met ‘n Gold Honors+ gradering
Sy is ook bevorder tot Advance afdeling/vlak. Net ‘n bietjie meer agtergrond van die tipe dansstyl. Dansers dans ses verskillende danse: East Coast swing, West Coast swing, Waltz, Funky en Novelty. Die kompetisie is in jou ouderdoms groep en -vlak van gradering.
World Country & Western dance. Nigella Siebert, learner of Goldfield High School has been crowned 2023 Double World Champion in World Country & Western dance. She competed in the World Country & Western competition in Belgium from 6 to 8 July.
Nigella won the following awards:
- Teen Open line dance – 1st place with a Gold Honors+ rating
- Teen Classic Line dance – 1st place with a Gold Honors+ rating
- She was also promoted to Advance division/level.
Just a little more background of the type of dance style. Dancers dance six different dances: East Coast swing, West Coast swing, Waltz, Funky and Novelty. The competition is in your age group and level of rating.
