South African Schools Netball (SASN) is not an individual or team sporting body. SASN is the Governing Body of Schools Netball in South Africa. As such, it is responsible for managing the game, played by scholars (primary and secondary). Scholars need to be enrolled in schools (private and public) that offer Netball as a participation sport. SASN also focuses on an integrated netball program that caters for all. They also focus on the growth of netball in regions where it is not played fully. SASN aim to compliment, encourage and develop mass participation. It entails learners participating at school level, intra school activities, inter School activities, netball festivals and having fun.
