Shannon se broer, Jonathan, het ook ‘n goud medalje vir paalspring verower.
National ASA Team. Shannon Purchase, learner of Bethlehem Voortrekker High School, is her school’s own Protea athlete for the 2023 season. Shannon is part of the National ASA team that will compete internationally in Zambia at the African Games! The item in which Shannon will compete is Pole Vault u.20.
Shannon’s brother, Jonathan, also won a pole vault gold medal.
