Sandveld se krieket span het eerste gekolf en is almal uitgehaal vir 46 lopies. Derik Greyling van Hoërskool Bultfontein het vier paaltjies platgetrek en Barend Truter twee paaltjies. Karlien Maré, Armand van Loggerenberg en Thabo Maarman het elk een paaltjie geneem.
Bulties het toe die kolf opgeneem en behaal 47 lopies in 5 boulbeurte. Derik Greyling het 26 lopies, nie uit nie, behaal. Hy het twee 6’se en drie 4’e geslaan. Barend Truter het 12 lopies, nie uit nie, behaal waarin twee 4’e behaal is.
Hoërskool Bultfontein se o.13 krieket span het die wedstryd oortuigend met tien paaltjies gewen.
Cricket. Bultfontein High School’s under-13 cricket team captained Sandveld High School’s team on the cricket field.
Sandveld’s cricket team batted first and were all taken out for 46 runs. Derik Greyling from Bultfontein High School took four wickets and Barend Truter two wickets. Karlien Maré, Armand van Loggerenberg and Thabo Maarman took one wicket each.
Bulties then took up the bat and scored 47 runs in 5 overs. Derik Greyling scored 26 runs, not out. He hit two 6s and three 4s. Barend Truter scored 12 runs, not out, in which two 4s were scored.
Bultfontein High School’s under-13 team won the match convincingly by ten wickets.
