Grade R. Building your future! As the year comes to a close, one of the biggest highlights for Curro Castle Aurora is the Grade R Graduation.

The learners have taken on every opportunity presented to them and they have done so with so much gust and energy. The theme for the Graduation for 2021 was Building your future. Mrs Angie Bezuidenhout highlighted the use of Lego blocks in everyday learning and how you need to build a strong foundation in order to build a tall tower.

Grade R has set a solid foundation for the young learners of Curro Aurora, and they will be able to stand tall with all they skills they have as they enter ‘big school’. Mr JC Engelbrecht addressed the learners, stating how proud he is as they sit in their gowns and caps, and he knows that Grade 1 is going to be an amazing journey as they learn to read and write which will open the doors to endless learning opportunities.
