Union Preparatory School Swimmers make a splash

Several Union Preparatory School learners participated in the ‘C’ Age Group Gala held at Summerwood Primary in Port Elizabeth this past Saturday, 2 November.

All the swimmers performed beautifully, giving their absolute best in all their respective events.

Callum Jacobs, in particular, had a very good day in the swimming pool, claiming second place in the Boys u/10 Backstroke, 4th place in the Boys u/10 Breaststroke and another second place in the Boys u/10 Freestyle event.

Leela Marais also excelled, claiming the third place in the Girls u/9 Breaststroke event.
