UHS Grade 5 learner, Daniel Short, and his sister Alexandra (a Grade 3 learner at Union Preparatory School), participated in the Khulasande Sub Youth League at the Westbourne Oval on Friday, 4 October.
This athletics meet was one of the fixtures on the Eastern Province Track and Field Calendar for 2019. Daniel won the 100m Boys u/11 and came second in the 80m Boys u/11. Alexandra came third in the 80m Girls u/9 and fourth in the 60m Girls u/9.
