St Charles College at Maths Olympiad

Congratulations to Aaron Wood (Grade 12), Daniel Jacobs (Grade 9), Stephen Lock (Grade 8) and Thomas Freese (Grade 8) for qualifying for round three of the South African Mathematics Olympiad. This comes after the second round, where the best 100 junior and best 100 senior students qualified for this final round. From the Pietermaritzburg area, there were only seven students who qualified to write in the third round – four of these seven being our very own Saints boys.

We would like to take the opportunity to congratulate these boys on their outstanding achievement! We look forward to hearing the results from the third round, which was hosted at St Charles College recently.
