schoolsthatrockThe St Andrew’s School for Girls aquatic team participated in the annual interhigh swimming and diving competitions last week. The diving team competed at St Stithian’s Girls College on 4 March and finished in 5th place overall, one place up from last year. The B swimming team participated in the A interhigh swimming gala at Ellis Park on 5 March and finished in 6th place overall and 2nd place amongst the other B teams, same positions as last year. The A swimming team swam at Ellis Park on 5 March in the premier interhigh swimming gala and finished in 3rd place, same position as last year. Taking into account the diving and A swimming results, St Andrew’s finished in 3rd place overall in girls aquatics in Gauteng for 2020. St Andrew’s is so proud of all the swimmers, divers and coaches – well done!
