SA Level 3 Championships. La Rochelle Girls’ High School, Paarl, proudly celebrates the achievements of its swimmers, Adelmari Barnard and Samantha Kröger, who represented the school with distinction at the SA Level 3 Championships.
Adelmari Barnard delivered a series of outstanding performances, earning multiple podium finishes:
- Gold – 4 x 100m Relay
- Gold – 4 x 50m Relay
- Silver – 4 x 50m Medley Relay
- Bronze – 100m Breaststroke
- Bronze – 200m Breaststroke
Samantha Kröger also impressed with strong performances across a wide range of events, achieving top-10 finishes in seven races:
- 4th – 200m Backstroke
- 5th – 100m Butterfly
- 5th – 100m Backstroke
- 6th – 50m Backstroke
- 8th – 50m Breaststroke
- 8th – 50m Freestyle
- 8th – 200m Breaststroke
