COSASSA athletics in Eswatini. Congratulations to Reuben Smit. He is a proud student of Grey College in Bloemfontein. He represented South Africa at the prestigious COSASSA athletics meet. It is held in Eswatini (formerly known as Swaziland). Competing in the U16 100m hurdles, Reuben delivered an outstanding performance. He also claiming a gold medal and showcasing his talent and dedication.
His achievement is not only a personal victory. It is also a reflection of the excellence fostered within Grey College’s athletics program. We celebrate Reuben’s commitment, perseverance, and the honour he has brought to both his school as well as his country.

Cosassa Atletiekbyeenkoms. Baie geluk aan Reuben Smit, ‘n trotse leerder van Grey Kollege. Reuben het Suid-Afrika verteenwoordig het by die prestigeryke COSASSA-byeenkoms in Eswatini. Reuben het sy merk gemaak in die O.16 100m-hekkies. Hy het met uitsonderlike vaardigheid en toewyding ‘n goue medalje verower het.
Reuben se prestasie is nie net ‘n persoonlike triomf nie. Dit is ook ‘n bewys van die hoë standaard van atletiek by Grey Kollege. Ons is ongelooflik trots op Reuben se toewyding, harde werk en die eer wat hy aan sy skool en land gebring het.
