Competing against South Africa’s top school teams, the girls from Diocesan School for Girls (DSG) have shown exceptional grit, skill, and sportsmanship.
🏑 A Comeback to Remember
In a thrilling clash against Paarl Gim, DSG turned the tide after trailing 1–0 early in the match. With unwavering determination, they stormed back to secure a 3–1 victory. The game featured:
- A world-class short corner that left the Paarl Gim defence stunned and commentators speechless.
- Heroic saves from goalkeeper Mia Jenner and her defensive line, keeping the opposition at bay.
🔥 Semi-Final Showdown
DSG advanced to the semi-finals, facing Bloemhof at 10:40 on Channel 216 (SuperSport Schools). The anticipation was high, with fans cheering from afar and the team ready to leave everything on the turf.
