Freedom Run Half Maraton. Wat ‘n ongelooflike prestasie behaal by die Freedom Run Half Maraton op 26 April. Om 21.1 km in slegs 1 uur en 51 minute te voltooi, is geen geringe prestasie nie. Mia Ekkerd, leerder van Hoërskool Kalahari se harde werk met die “Run Walk for Life”-klub het werklik vrugte afgewerp.
Mia verwerf die eerste plek onder junior hardlopers en die tweede plek algeheel vir alle dames. Dit is ‘n bewys van haar toewyding en talent!
Kalahari Sport: What an incredible achievement at the Freedom Run Half Marathon on April 26. Completing 21.1 km in just 1 hour and 51 minutes is no small feat. Mia’s hard work with the “Run Walk for Life” club has truly paid off.
Securing 1st place among junior runners and 2nd place overall for all ladies is a testament to her dedication and talent.
