schoolsthatrock7’s Rugby. Twee van Hoërskool Ermelo se 7’s Rugby spanne het Vrydag en Saterdag, 15 en 16 September, deelgeneem aan die Frogfoot 7’s-toernooi te Hoërskool Middelburg.
Die o.15 span verloor met 12-21 teen Hoërskool Middelburg. Hulle wen teen HTS Middelburg en Hoërskool Piet Retief met onderskeidelik 17-12 en 21-7. Hierdie span is ook aangewys as die Plaat-wenners.
EHS se o.17-span verloor 17-0 teen HTS Middelburg, maar wen HTS Witbank, Hoërskool Kannonkop en Hoërskool Hoogenhout met onderskeidelik 24-0, 31-26 en 24-10. Die o.17-Erries 7’s word ook gekroon as die “Bowl”-wenners.
7’s Rugby. Two of Ermelo High School’s 7’s Rugby teams competed in the Frogfoot 7s tournament at Middelburg High School on Friday and Saturday, 15 and 16 September.
The under-15 team lost 12-21 to Middelburg High School. They won against HTS Middelburg and Piet Retief High School 17-12 and 21-7 respectively. This team was also named the Plate winners.
EHS’s under-17 team lost 17-0 to HTS Middelburg, but won HTS Witbank, Kannonkop High School and Hoogenhout High School 24-0, 31-26 and 24-10, respectively. The under-17 Erries 7s are also crowned the “Bowl” winners.
