National Shoto Karate Championships – Eunice High School Excels

National Shoto Karate Championships. You definitely don’t want to mess with these Eunice karatekas! Eunice girls, Bridget Otto (Gr 11) and Katlego Nhlapo (Gr 10) participated at the National Shoto Karate Championships in Bloemfontein.

Both girls will compete in the WSKF World Championships during November in Tokyo.

Results:

Bridget Otto:

  • Team Kumite: Silver medal
  • Junior Kata: Silver medal
  • Junior Kumite: Bronze medal

Katlego Nhlapo:

  • Cadet ladies Kata: 1st overall
  • Team Kumite: Silver medal
