The following Curro Durbanville Primary School Riders took part in the second mountain biking race of the series at Spice Route, Paarl on the 2nd March. The course, consisting of both steep uphill and downhill sections, tested their physical fitness and bike handling skills.
Diyana Kotze, after coming 2nd in the Nipper Girls section at the first XCO at Bloemendal, crashed and unfortunately had to pull out of the race.
Results:
Sprog Boys (Riders aged 11 and 12 years old):
- 6th – Janko Weideman
- 14th – Tiehann Slabber
Sub-Junior Boys (Riders aged 13 and 14 years old):
- 4th – Konrad Kotze
The next event: 13 April 2024 – Pofadder Trail, Bonnievale.
