Glenwood High School has a jammed packed weekend planned 16 – 19 August!  Join in the fun of the Glenwood Cultural Weekend.

The Glenwood Cultural Weekend takes place 16 – 19 August 2017 at Glenwood High School (if you need more high res photos please contact Hannelie Erasmus):

16 – 19 August 2017 – the School play, Glenwood in Motion (Music from the Movies).

CHRISTOPER TITEChristopher Tite (photo on the left), who was part of the SA squad who attended the World Championships of Performing Arts in Hollywood, Los Angeles in Hollywood from 1 July – 10th July is part of the Glenwood in Motion cast. Chris made the semi-finals, followed by the final showcase – one of only 7 South Africans to make it that far. Ultimately he won Silver for Piano, Gold for Modelling Ramp, Gold for Modelling Photography, as well as Divisional World Champion Modelling and a scholarship for the New York Film Academy.

The Glenwood 1st XV will also showcase their acting ability on stage during GLENWOOD IN MOTION.

19 August 2017 – Fête from 08:00 – 13:00 (The Tuckshop will not be open from 08:00 – 13:00). The Fête includes: Second Hand Clothing, Second Hand Books, Tombola, White Elephant, Tea Garden, Food Stalls, Arts & Crafts, Pot Plants, Kiddies Corner.
