CHART Leadership Conference. Grantleigh Student Leaders Shine at CHART Leadership Conference.
A dynamic group of student leaders from Grantleigh Schools participated in the CHART Leadership Conference, held at Reddam House Umhlanga on Friday, 24 October 2025.
This year’s theme, “Managing Common Challenges Faced by Student Leaders at High School,” invited learners to delve into key leadership competencies such as effective communication, emotional intelligence, and the power of teamwork.
The conference served as a collaborative forum for student representatives from independent schools across KwaZulu-Natal. Through thought-provoking discussions and the exchange of lived experiences, participants gained meaningful insights into leading with empathy, resilience, and accountability.
Grantleigh remains committed to cultivating leadership through purposeful mentorship and hands-on opportunities. By empowering students to lead with integrity and vision, the school continues to shape young leaders who make a positive impact both within their school environment and in the wider community.
